As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning and executing strategic events that engage crucial stakeholders such as healthcare professionals, patient groups, and healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
- Act as the main contact for internal stakeholders to define event needs.
- Manage system inputs ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Liaise with finance and procurement for vendor coordination.
- Monitor budgets, process payments, and maintain financial transparency.
- Ensure alignment with Roche SOPs and local regulations during events.
- Provide real-time support during events for seamless execution.
- Conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management or related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in event management within healthcare or pharma.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
