Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience as a Lifeguard or in a similar role.
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of water rescue techniques.
- Valid Lifeguard certification and CPR/First Aid certification.
- Ability to stay alert and focused for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to perform rescues if needed.
