Responsibilities:- Oversee all housekeeping operations.
- Supervise Laundry Operations.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends.
- Manage departmental budgets, stock controls, and staff schedules.
- Inspect fixtures, fittings, and appliances for compliance with standards.
- Monitor the Housekeeping/Laundry Team’s appearance, standards, and performance.
- Ensuring ongoing training and development for team members.
- Conduct regular communication meetings with the team.
- Recruit, manage, and train the Housekeeping/Laundry team.
Qualifications:- Housekeeping/laundry experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Track record of managing a large team.
- High school certificate or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in IT and computer programs.
- Strong organizational and budget management skills.
