KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Pick-up & Delivery: Collect and deliver documents, parcels, samples, and materials. Ensure accurate handover and prioritize urgent deliveries.
- Internal Logistics Support: Assist teams with unloading, sorting, and routing items. Move items between departments as needed.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain records of deliveries including time, destination, and recipient.
- Customer & Vendor Interaction: Represent the company professionally, manage communications regarding deliveries, and handle inquiries politely.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow company protocols and maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
REQUIREMENTS- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- License: Valid driver’s license is required.
- Experience: Relevant experience is a plus.
- Skills: Good communication, strong time management, and organizational skills. Basic logistics knowledge is a plus.
