We are looking for a dynamic, polite, and very organized personality to be the \"bright face\" of a business center and coworking spaces. This role is not only administrative, but it is a vital role that combines luxury reception (Hospitality), digital marketing, and rental sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Reception and Community Management: Welcoming visitors with high professionalism, answering the central phone in the name of the tenant companies, and managing customer mail.

2. Sales and Leasing: Taking potential clients on introductory tours (Tours) inside the center, explaining the services, and closing rental contracts (private/virtual offices).
\n
3. Marketing and Content: Managing social media pages, and designing attractive periodic posts (Posters/Stories) using Canva.
\n
4. Operations: Daily supervision of the cleaning and hospitality team to ensure the center remains in the best appearance (5-star level).

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hotels, or sales is considered a strong advantage.

• Language: Excellent Arabic and good English language (conversation and writing).
\n
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Office programs (Excel/Word) and design programs (Canva).

• Personal Traits: Professional and elegant appearance (Presentable), high politeness in conversation, and ability to multitask.
