You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of personalized service and guest satisfaction in our luxurious resort.
Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the butler team, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the butler department
- Train and mentor butler staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure all guest requests and preferences are met
- Personally attend to VIP guests and handle special requests
- Manage butler schedules, assignments, and workload distribution
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain service standards
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage inventory and supplies for the butler department
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative service concepts
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations
Qualifications:- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 3-5 years in a senior butler or leadership role
- Proven track record of managing a team of butlers in a high-end hotel or resort
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Professional butler certification from a recognized institution (*, The International Butler Academy)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages, especially Arabic, are advantageous
- Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment
- Impeccable grooming and professional appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
