The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in financial accounting, particularly within the retail and furnishing projects (B2B) sectors, along with strong leadership, analytical, budget management, and organizational skills.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- 812 years of professional accounting experience in the retail & projects sectors.
- Professional certifications such as CMA are highly desirable.
- Experience with auditing or consulting in retail or projects is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems such as Odoo.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing all accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, management reports, and other documentation in compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports, providing analysis to support management decisions.
- Collaborating with management on the company’s annual budget, aligning with strategic goals and operational needs.
- Developing and implementing internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Managing cash flow and ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.
- Coordinating with internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate processes.
- Ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
