Join Nahdi Medical Co. as a Maintenance Supervisor!In this critical role, you will lead and supervise maintenance operations for pharmacies and clinics, ensuring optimal functioning and safety in our facilities. Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate maintenance personnel in daily operations.
- Establish maintenance schedules and allocate resources effectively.
- Monitor compliance with safety standards and policies.
- Participate in budget preparation and expenditure monitoring.
- Ensure quality standards in construction and refurbishment projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain safety protocols.
- Provide leadership and training to the maintenance team.
Work Environment:Indoors: 20%, Outdoors: 80%Working Days: 6 Days per week, 1 Day OffWorking Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour break)Job Requirements:- BSc Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3 years of experience in MEP Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & Basic Auto CAD.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
