Position Overview:
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee the performance, safety, and training of employees while ensuring that production standards are met. Your role will directly impact our productivity and help us maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all machinery operates consistently to meet production expectations.
2. Report mechanical issues to management promptly.
3. Maintain clear communication to align short-term objectives with production plans.
4. Foster a safe work environment by adhering to safety laws and encouraging reporting of unsafe conditions.
5. Manage daily schedules and employee requests effectively.
6. Support operational issues related to employees, ensuring adherence to company policies.
7. Transfer knowledge from the production manager to the shift crew as needed.
8. Ensure efficient workflow in production activities, from raw material distribution to finished goods.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
2. Previous experience in a similar production supervisory role.
3. Proven capability to lead a team.
4. Familiarity with maintenance, quality, and safety functions.
5. Experience in implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques.
6. Skills in manpower supervision and managing production schedules.
