• Track recruitment progress and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.

• Strong sourcing, networking, and recruiting skills.
• Excellent interviewing skills.
• Certification in standard personality assessment tools is a plus.

• Maintain a high level of customer service on the gym floor.
• Ensure adherence to our brand standards.
• Engage with members, providing fitness and motivational support.
• Perform across all Fitness KPIs.
• Maintain relevant communication channels with members to accommodate feedback and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.

• Certification as a fitness trainer.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to start immediately if accepted.
