Join Hilton as a Food and Beverage Manager!In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, ensuring an exceptional guest experience while also training staff and adhering to budget guidelines.
Responsibilities:- Manage all Food and Beverage Outlet operations.
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Food and Beverage team.
- Address guest queries promptly.
- Work within budgeted guidelines in relation to food, liquor costs, and payroll.
- Set departmental targets, work schedules, budgets, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to develop menus.
- Accountable for monthly stock takes.
- Incentivize team members to maximize sales and revenue.
- Perform regular appraisals with your team.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Conduct communication meetings and generate minutes.
- Assist other departments and maintain good working relationships.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
