About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Work within the parameters of the security manual and hotel policies.
• Prevent theft and damage to property.
• Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
• Assist in evacuating guests and staff during emergencies.
• Maintain the security office and update security records.
• Report and investigate thefts and criminal offenses.
• Conduct regular checks to maximize crime prevention.
• Ensure team members are knowledgeable about security procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Security Officer in a five-star environment.
• Knowledge of fire prevention and first aid.
• Excellent communication and customer care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
