We are seeking a Customs Specialist to manage customs clearance effectively and ensure smooth operations. This role is essential for maintaining compliance and enhancing our service quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and sort documents to build customs transactions.
- Open files, translate, and prepare transactions meticulously.
- Verify weights and values for accurate data entry and information registration for customs on the Fasah platform.
- Print customs declarations and initiate procedures for delivery.
- Follow up with agents to complete clearance procedures, payment, and delivery schedules according to contracts.
- Conduct weekly follow-ups on invoices and claims with accounting and clients.
- Prepare reports on services and development needs based on work requirements.
- Lead and motivate team members while overcoming challenges to ensure workflow.
- Adhere to professional safety procedures established by the company.
Qualifications:- Minimum of three years experience in customs clearance.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- At least two years of experience in proper documentation.
- Ability to create daily and weekly reports in both languages.
- Leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team.
Employment Type:Full-time position from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Priority will be given to Saudi nationals.
