Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process financial transactions using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and reporting.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and open manner, providing personalized service to enhance their shopping experience.
• Proactively identify customer needs and suggest suitable food and beverage products, applying upselling techniques to increase sales.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special promotions for effective customer communication.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service excellence.
• Conduct regular cash drawer audits and ensure any discrepancies are addressed promptly.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations as you carry out daily tasks in the food and beverage setting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or sales role within the food and beverage sector.
