Join Elaf Group as an Executive AssistantWe are looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in driving the company's objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic insight and operational efficiency, enabling you to transform ideas into action and ensure that priorities remain on track.
Key Accountabilities:- Business analysis & decision support: Prepare structured analyses, dashboards, and briefing notes to aid the CEO’s decision-making, synthesize data into executive insights, and track KPIs and initiatives.
- CEO office coordination & execution: Act as an extension of the CEO’s office, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across strategic priorities.
- Project management: Structure and report on key projects, maintain project plans and timelines, and support board material preparations.
- Stakeholder & communication management: Draft high-quality communications and presentations and interface confidently with senior executives.
- Strategic mindset & discretion: Handle sensitive information confidentially, anticipate CEO needs, and propose proactive solutions.
- Additional Responsibilities: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
Education: Degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Assistant or Secretary.
Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
