نظرة عامة على الدور:
تتضمن هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل في الموقع إدارة المعاملات المالية، وإعداد التقارير المالية، والحفاظ على سجلات مالية دقيقة. سيتعاون المرشح الناجح مع الفرق الداخلية ويضمن الامتثال للوائح المالية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • إعداد البيانات المالية مثل الميزانيات العمومية، وقوائم الدخل، وبيانات التدفق النقدي.
  • إدارة الحسابات المستحقة الدفع والقبول لمدفوعات وجمعات في الوقت المناسب.
  • مصالحة كشوف الحسابات البنكية والحفاظ على الدقة المالية.
  • الحفاظ على قيود الدفتر العام وضمان التصنيف الصحيح للمعاملات.
  • إعداد وتقديم إقرارات الضرائب وفقًا للوائح المحلية.
  • المساعدة في إعداد الميزانية ومراقبة النفقات.
  • إجراء التدقيق الداخلي ودعم التدقيق الخارجي حسب الحاجة.
  • توليد التقارير المالية لمساعدة الإدارة في اتخاذ القرار.
المؤهلات:
يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي معرفة قوية بالمحاسبة وخبرة، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على التعاون بشكل فعال مع مختلف الأقسام. نرحب بالمرشحين من خلفيات متنوعة الذين يستوفون المؤهلات المطلوبة.
