About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Safety Officer to ensure compliance with our client's safety policies, procedures, and international standards. You will work on-site in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with client safety policies and international safety standards (OSHA, NEBOSH, etc.).
Enforce adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems including Hot Work, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights.

Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe incidents; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain incident records and report findings to client representatives.
Support in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement lessons learned.
Conduct daily tool-box talks, safety inductions, and training programs.
Ensure all personnel are aware of emergency procedures and response plans.
Promote a safety culture among workers and contractors.
Maintain up-to-date HSE records and safety logs.

Qualifications & Skills:

Must have good command of the English language.
NEBOSH IGC Certification is required.

Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Crane Operator in the construction or oil & gas sector.
Valid Heavy Equipment Driving License / Operator Certification.
Thorough understanding and ability to read load charts.
Excellent knowledge of standard hand signaling.
Strong commitment to punctuality, discipline, and workplace safety.

At PremierQ, we work on playgrounds, waterparks, skateparks, and football fields, and we're looking for a talented Construction Supervisor to join our team in Dhahran, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll be responsible for overseeing construction sites, managing on-site teams, conducting inspections, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating daily operations to ensure the timely completion of projects. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is crucial to resolve issues efficiently and deliver successful outcomes.

Key Qualifications:

Experience working in ARAMCO projects
Work permit receiver and other ARAMCO licenses are a plus
Any ARAMCO certifications (safety, etc.) are advantageous
Strong supervisory skills and expertise in site supervision
Proficiency in inspection processes and methods, especially with ARAMCO
Knowledge of construction safety standards
Excellent communication skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience in construction management or a related field is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is a bonus
Experience in community projects and facilities is a plus
