OverviewFruit of Life Company is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources function. The successful candidate will play a key role in building a strong organizational culture, managing talent acquisition, and ensuring full HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the recruitment process, onboarding, and employee life cycle
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Lead performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal standards
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
- Support organizational development and manpower planning
- Advise leadership on HR strategy and structure
Requirements:- Saudi nationality (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in FMCG or related sectors
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
