Join Hilton as an Executive Housekeeper!In this role, you will oversee all housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring an excellent experience for our guests and members. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing housekeeping operations and laundry services
- Evaluating guest satisfaction and monitoring trends for continuous improvement
- Operating within departmental budgets with effective stock and cost controls
- Setting departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules
- Inspecting fixtures and appliances to ensure compliance with standards
- Monitoring team performance and maintaining high training standards
- Communicating effectively with team members and other departments
What we are looking for:You should have a background in housekeeping/laundry within the hotel, leisure, or retail sectors at a managerial level, along with strong leadership and communication skills. A high school certificate or equivalent is required, and familiarity with Property Management Systems is an advantage.
