Join Koch Engineered Solutions as an Inside Sales Engineer – Aftermarket!We are seeking a proactive and technically capable professional to expand our aftermarket capability and better serve customers across the Middle East. In this high-impact, customer-facing role, you will act as the primary hub between the Middle East team and our global sales, execution, and service functions.
Your Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary technical and commercial contact for aftermarket inquiries from the Middle East.
- Provide practical and timely technical support with clear recommendations.
- Prepare competitive and accurate proposals, managing a seamless handover to Execution and Service teams.
- Evaluate technical and commercial options balancing safety, compliance, cost, and schedule.
- Coordinate with regional resources, Outside Sales Engineers, and Execution/Service teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Identify and engage decision makers to build long-term customer relationships.
- Capture and maintain opportunity data in Salesforce.
Who You Are:You have strong technical aptitude combined with commercial and customer-facing skills. You are well organized, self-directed, and can manage multiple opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic are essential.
Basic Qualifications:- Strong technical aptitude with customer-facing experience.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Comfortable in an office environment with readiness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:- Engineering or equivalent technical background.
- Experience with aftermarket sales or service coordination.
- Familiarity with Middle East commercial practices.
