Primary Purpose:Your main responsibility will be to achieve daily sales goals by creating a distinguished shopping experience. You will also organize products within the store and ensure sales operations are accurate, all while maintaining cleanliness standards.
Key Accountabilities:- Welcome customers and understand their needs to provide appropriate products.
- Enhance the customer experience to achieve daily sales goals.
- Professionally handle complaints and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter products into the system, following a FIFO policy.
- Organize products inside the store according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organize the shelves and warehouse for a comfortable shopping environment.
- Gain detailed knowledge of perfumes and their usage.
- Highlight promotions and provide advice to boost sales.
- Contribute to opening the branch on time and ensuring preparedness.
- Record daily sales, close the cashier, and organize the store for the day’s end.
Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in a similar role.
Skills:- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of selling basics and POS management (*, Odoo).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Capability to handle work pressure and meet sales goals.
- Good command of English.
