Branch Operations Manager Required
\nFor a store specializing in marine activities and fishing equipment – Jeddah 📍
\nWe are looking for a leadership-oriented and practical person to be responsible for managing and operating the main branch, serve as an excellent face of the store with refined dealings and a smile with customers, and be capable of organizing the team and raising the level of operations and sales.
\nJob Responsibilities:

- Daily management and operation of the branch. \n
- Monitoring employees and organizing the workflow within the branch. \n
- Resolving customer issues and dealing with them professionally. \n
- Monitoring discipline and service quality. \n
- Managing a multinational team and dealing firmly and respectfully. \n
- Monitoring wholesale sales and commercial customers. \n
- Supervising the cash register and closing daily accounts. \n
- Coordinating with warehouses and following up on shortages and orders. \n
- Submitting performance and sales reports to management. \n
