Role Responsibilities:- Champion customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets using creativity and product knowledge.
- Maintain store standards including cleanliness and stock replenishment.
- Comply with all store security policies and minimize stock loss.
- Use advanced selling skills to support customer needs and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:- High School Certificate.
- 12 years of industry experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
