ملخص الوظيفة:

نبحث عن مدير تسويق رقمي يتمتع بخبرة استراتيجية وعملياتية عميقة لقيادة وإدارة جميع جهود التسويق الرقمي لدينا. سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن تحديد استراتيجيات التسويق الرقمي الشاملة وتنفيذها، بهدف تحقيق نمو الإيرادات، بناء الوعي بالعلامة التجارية، وتحسين العائد على الاستثمار (ROI).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية (Scope of Work):

  1. وضع وتخطيط الاستراتيجيات: بناء وتطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية التسويق الرقمي الشاملة التي تتوافق مع أهداف العمل العامة.

  2. إدارة القنوات المتكاملة: الإشراف المباشر على جميع قنوات التسويق الرقمي (SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Strategy, Affiliates, Analytics).

  3. إدارة الميزانية والإعلانات المدفوعة: تخطيط وإدارة ميزانيات الحملات الإعلانية المدفوعة على منصات Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn، وغيرها، لضمان أعلى عائد استثمار.

  4. تحسين محركات البحث والمحتوى (SEO & Content): قيادة استراتيجيات تحسين محركات البحث وتطوير محتوى رقمي عالي الجودة ومُحسّن للتحويلات.

  5. تحليل البيانات واتخاذ القرارات: استخدام أدوات التحليل (مثل Google Analytics) لتحليل أداء الحملات، تقديم تقارير دورية، واستخلاص رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لتحسين الأداء.

  6. قيادة الفريق: توجيه وتدريب فريق التسويق الرقمي الداخلي، وإدارة العلاقات مع الوكالات الخارجية.

  7. تطوير الـ User Journey: العمل مع فريق المنتج/المبيعات لتحسين تجربة المستخدم الرقمية ومعدلات التحويل (CRO).

المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

  • الخبرة: خبرة عملية لا تقل عن (6) سنوات في مجال التسويق الرقمي، منها (3) سنوات على الأقل في دور قيادي أو إشرافي.

  • المؤهلات العلمية: درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو تخصص ذي صلة.

  • المهارات الشمولية:

    • إتقان استراتيجي لجميع قنوات التسويق الرقمي الأساسية (SEO, SEM, SMM).

    • خبرة متعمقة في إدارة ميزانيات الإعلانات الضخمة وتحقيق ROI إيجابي.

    • مهارة تحليلية عالية وقدرة على قراءة البيانات المعقدة وتحويلها إلى خطط عمل.

    • إتقان استخدام أدوات التحليل الرقمي مثل Google Analytics 4 و Google Tag Manager.

    • مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة مع سجل حافل في بناء فرق تسويق رقمي عالية الأداء.

4- عمل تقرير يومي مختصر يوضح تفاصيل الزيارة.

5- يتم المتابعة مع العملاء ومتابعة متطلباتهم وارسال لهم عروض الأسعار.

6- عمل تقرير أسبوعي بالصفقات الناجحة والمحتلمة والغير محققة.

شروط التوظيف:

1- يجيد اللغة العربية الأنجليزية تحدث وكتابة.

2- مهارات التفاوض والأقناع.

3- يجيد أستخدام برامج مايكروسوفت مثل Outlook, Excel, Power point, Word.

4- اللباقة وحسن المظهر.

5- حس المسؤولية وجدية العمل.

6- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
