Key Responsibilities:- Manage the housekeeping office operations
- Handle incoming calls and manage guest requests promptly
- Assign room and task lists to housekeeping team members
- Ensure security procedures are followed for key issuance
- Log and manage lost property effectively
- Communicate relevant guest information to Housekeepers efficiently
- Perform administrative and IT duties
- Coordinate special tasks and extra duties
- Report and log maintenance issues
- Ensure clear communication with Reception and Guest Relations
- Maintain adherence to Health and Safety Regulations
What We Are Looking For:We seek individuals who are IT proficient, possess excellent organizational skills, and can work under pressure both independently and as part of a team. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is advantageous.
