Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare for daily VIP arrivals regarding room allocation and special requests.
• Register and process check-in/check-out efficiently for VIP guests.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, addressing their requests and inquiries.
• Handle cashiering duties and foreign exchange transactions.
• Maintain effective communication with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure cleanliness of the front office area and adherence to hotel policies.

Qualifications:
Candidates must be Saudi nationals. Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on creating exceptional guest experiences.
