ماستر الحواس GAME MASTER

المهام الأساسية لماستر الحواس هي:

١. استقبال المشاركين (أصحاب الحجوزات المسبقة) بكل بشاشة وود، وإكمال عملية الدفع.

٢. استضافتهم في غرفة التثقيف باللعبة بكل حماس وإثارة راح تعطينهم نبذة عن اللعبة باستخدام افضل مالديك من مهارة الترحيب و الالقاء.

٣. بعدها ينطلق المشاركون الى غرف الحواس
(كل غرف الحواس مزودة بكاميرات وسماعة ومايكروفون للتواصل مع ماستر الحواس عن بعد) وانتي راح تتوجهين لغرفة ماستر الحواس (المزودة ايضا باجهزة الكمبيوتر والمايكروفون وشاشات العرض) ومنها راح تديرين جولتهم الترفيهية عن بعد. إدارة اللعبة تتطلب مهارة ادارة وتنظيم المشاركين، وتفعيل روح المرح، والتشويق، والتحفيز. وذلك من خلال:

- توجيههم والترحيب بهم في الغرف المتعددة.
- تثقيفهم بالعناصر الموجودة في الغرف.
- تلقي حلولهم للالغاز وبث روح التشويق والاثارة.


المهام الوظيفية الإضافية: إدارة لعبة سينساس الترفيهية بالحد الادنى وإرشاد المجموعات في الغرف الترفيهية
إدارة اللعبة تتطلب مهارة ادارة وتنظيم المشاركين، وتفعيل الاثارة الحسية والمرح والتشويق.

تطبيق المناهج التدريبية وتصميم وتنفيذ البرامج التدريبية.

اختيار وحجز أماكن التدريب عند الحاجة.

متابعة حضور المتدربين وسجلاتهم التدريبية.

مراقبة أداء المتدربين ورفع التقارير المتعلقة بتقدمهم.

الإشراف على التدريب العملي أثناء العمل (OJT).

حفظ سجلات التقييم واستخدام أنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS) لإدارة بيانات المتدربين.

تقديم الدعم المستمر للمتدربين خلال فترة التدريب.
