• Reporting & Documentation: Complete incident and KPI reports accurately and on time. Maintain production and wastage data within Foodics.
• Staff Management & Leadership: Manage outlet staff effectively, promoting team spirit and professionalism.
• Stock & Wastage Control: Monitor stock levels, control wastage, and ensure compliance with FIFO.
• SOPs, Recipes & Product Quality: Ensure product consistency, adherence to recipes, and perform quality checks.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain hygiene and safety standards across all areas of the outlet.
• Communication & Management Cooperation: Provide updates to senior management and respond to operational needs.

• Developing and executing tailored marketing strategies for DENZA and Yangwang brands.
• Creating high-quality, culturally relevant marketing content.
• Planning and executing integrated online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Collaborating with the MEA sales team to provide marketing tools and customer insights.
• Maintaining relationships with local media and industry influencers.
• Tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using relevant KPIs.
• Monitoring market trends and consumer preferences.
• Supporting regional brand-building initiatives.

• Greet and welcome guests professionally.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain high communication and collaboration with team members.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep updated on resort services and promote them effectively.

• Preferably a BA in Hotel Management.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury resort is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.

• Build and manage a strong instrumentation maintenance team.
• Lead daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance planning and activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Coach and develop your team effectively.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Manage contractor relationships throughout maintenance activities.
• Be a part of the pre-commissioning and commissioning of plants.

• Experience with hazardous area instrumentation and safety systems.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and CMMS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel.
