Call Center Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. In this role, you will play a vital role in addressing customer inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our automotive products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding automotive products, services, and policies.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications:- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; Associate's degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field is a plus.
