Your Key Responsibilities:- Manage guest queries efficiently and with a friendly demeanor.
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing regulations.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and hotel services.
- Ensure that all service stations are well stocked for efficient operations.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Follow Hilton grooming standards, including uniform dress code and personal hygiene.
What We Are Looking For:To excel in this role, you should possess a positive attitude, strong communication skills, a commitment to high levels of customer service, and excellent grooming standards. Additionally, flexibility and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in the Food and Beverage department or industry.
