About the JobWe are seeking a senior, governance-driven HR Manager to establish, control, and continuously improve Human Resources operations across manufacturing, production, logistics, and contracting environments in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
This role goes far beyond traditional HR administration. It is a strategic, compliance-focused, and operationally enabling position, suited for an experienced HR leader who can govern complex, multi-shift operations while managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforces in line with KSA Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Strategy, Governance & Structure: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business, operational, and growth objectives.
- Legal Compliance & Regulatory Control: Ensure full compliance with KSA Labor Law across all HR activities.
- Workforce Management (White & Blue Collar): Govern the full employee lifecycle for a diverse, multicultural workforce.
- Operational Workforce Governance: Maintain governance and visibility over manpower deployment without owning operational planning.
- Systems, Digitalization & Automation: Lead the transition from manual HR processes to automated, system-driven workflows.
- Reporting, Controls & Audit Readiness: Establish standardized HR dashboards and reports for senior management.
- Leadership & Culture: Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, from shop floor to executive leadership.
Requirements:- Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to manufacturing, industrial, or contracting environments.
- Proven experience managing both blue-collar and white-collar workforces.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and HR automation.
- Strong governance, analytical, and control mindset.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in multi-shift, operationally demanding environments.
