As a Front Desk Receptionist at our new Four Seasons Resort at The Red Sea, you will be an essential part of delivering exceptional experiences for our guests.
Your Responsibilities:- Respond to a diverse range of guest requests with precision and efficiency.
- Anticipate guest needs to provide personalized recommendations and thoughtful touches for an exceptional stay.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all guest expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Knowledge and Skills:- Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals as per Saudization regulations.
- Proficiency in written, spoken, and reading English and Arabic is essential.
- Previous hotel experience is preferred; familiarity with hotel systems is a plus.
- Locals only as per the Saudi labour law.
