Responsibilities:- Proficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Install and configure computers, software, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Monitor and maintain computer and network systems.
- Provide timely responses to technical support requests.
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Repair and replace equipment as needed.
- Test new technologies and software.
- Train new employees on technical issues.
- Manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
- Support the implementation of new applications.
- Prepare procedural documentation for technical procedures.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Strong attention to detail and listening skills.
