Responsibilities:- Manage and execute employee onboarding processes
- Plan and coordinate company events, including monthly activities and the annual holiday party
- Oversee recognition programs for birthdays, work anniversaries, and other employee acknowledgments
- Assist in posting job listings on various job boards as directed
- Support the implementation and analysis of the annual employee satisfaction survey
- Participate in and conduct employee screening as needed
- Manage HR email inbox and ATS management
Qualifications and Experience:- No specific HR degree required
- Experience managing ATS Systems
- Employee Engagement and Recruiting experience
- Strong event planning and coordination skills
- Proficiency in basic HR software and job posting platforms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
