Your role will be pivotal in organizing and maintaining the executive’s schedule while performing a variety of essential administrative tasks. Responsibilities:- Maintain the executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, and conferences.
- Attend meetings and keep detailed minutes.
- Receive and screen phone calls, redirecting them appropriately.
- Handle and prioritize all incoming or outgoing correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Manage confidential documents while ensuring their security.
- Prepare invoices or financial statements and assist in bookkeeping tasks.
- Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective ordering.
- Maintain electronic and paper records for easy accessibility.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
