Join EY–Microsoft Alliance as an Executive Assistant!
As part of our Core Business Services (CBS) team, you will support crucial business operations that underpin our organization's success. In this role, you will collaborate with various teams to provide the knowledge, resources, and tools necessary for EY to deliver exceptional service and achieve growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-level support to a select group of Partners and Executives.
• Organizing and managing comprehensive diaries, travel arrangements, and accommodations.
• Screening emails and phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing follow-ups.
• Preparing expense claims and timesheets on a weekly basis.
• Preparing and revising documents, including presentations and reports.
• Coordinating internal and external client events as needed.

• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

To qualify for the role:
You should have at least 3 years of EA experience supporting multiple executives in a corporate environment. Experience in global professional services or mid-tier firms is highly advantageous.
