A cashier is required to work in Roo cafes, possessing high skills in customer service and cash handling. The candidate must be precise in their work and have previous experience in using Point of Sale (POS) systems and the ability to work under pressure. The main responsibilities include:

• Receiving customer payments and issuing invoices accurately

• Managing cash and card transactions

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area

• Ensuring the accuracy of amounts in the cash register and matching them with daily sales

• Handling customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

• Assisting in inventory counts when needed

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

• Issuing orders for product purchases and handling incoming products.
• Handling payments and receiving payments from customers.
• Processing product exchange and return requests in accordance with policy.

• 4 years of practical experience in the food and beverage field.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management is preferred.
• Information Technology Certificate (CIT) is preferred, and Professional Marketing Management (CMMP) and/or Professional Marketer (PCM).
