Job Overview: The branch manager plays a key role in achieving the branch's goals in line with the company's strategies. He/She manages all aspects of the work related to the branch and ensures the availability of the necessary resources to achieve the success of daily operations.
Responsibilities:- Participate in setting branch-specific goals and plans.
- Develop and implement programs and projects to achieve efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise operations and procedures and ensure adherence to the approved systems.
- Oversee employee performance and implement performance evaluation and development programs.
- Build working relationships with external partners and coordinate joint efforts.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields, and it is preferred to have professional certifications such as (SPHR-CA), (CQM), or Project Management (PMI).
Skills: Advanced skills in management, supervision, and accountability. Proficiency in Arabic is essential, and proficiency in other languages such as English and French is preferred.
