We are Yes Yem Yech for Industrial Services Co., a leading service provider in the petrochemical and petroleum industry, seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Secretary to support our Technical Manager. This is an urgent requirement for our operations in Al Jubail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Management & Processing: Maintain and organize both physical and digital documentation related to rotating equipment and project specifications.
• Administrative Support: Manage the Technical Manager's calendar, coordinate logistics for site visits, and prepare meeting agendas.
• Project Support: Assist with monitoring project deadlines and deliverables for shutdown activities.
• Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive information discreetly and ensure compliance with company policies.
• General Office Management: Maintain office supplies and assist with onboarding new staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of document management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.

The QC Civil Supervisor is responsible for supervising and executing civil quality control activities. This position ensures that all construction works comply with project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil QC inspections for various construction activities including excavation, backfilling, and concreting.
• Review civil drawings, project specifications, and method statements prior to execution.
• Conduct site inspections for foundations, slabs, and finishing works.
• Verify material compliance with project standards.
• Supervise concrete trials and prepare inspection reports.
• Coordinate with consultants and clients during inspection stages.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are adhered to on site.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 13-15 years of experience in QC Civil works.
• Strong knowledge of civil codes and standards.
• Experience in reviewing ITPs and inspection checklists.
• Hands-on experience in concrete works and materials inspection.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and construction details.
