Job Opportunity – Operations Manager
Golden Copper Manufacturing Co. (GCMC)

Golden Copper Manufacturing Co. – a leading Saudi company specializing in copper tube manufacturing for HVAC and refrigeration systems – is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our plant operations and drive excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all operational functions including production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
  • Develop and execute production plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Optimize performance using KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop department heads and plant staff.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of proven experience in industrial operations management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and experienced in ERP systems.
