• Market Insights: Maintain a thorough understanding of sales and distribution channels and competitor activities, sharing insights for strategic actions.
• Replenishment Targets: Ensure all sales staff are well-trained in the company’s replenishment program to maintain product availability and freshness.
• Journey Planning: Optimize daily routes for the sales team to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• People Management: Lead and manage the sales team, providing training and ensuring alignment with HR policies.

Job Requirements:

• Educational Level: Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance.
• Experience: At least 5 years in Van Sales or 2 years in a similar position.
• Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
• Languages: Proficient in English and Arabic is preferred.
• Physical: Candidates must be physically fit and computer literate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Management: Assist in setting targets for the sales team and guide them in managing sales routes effectively to meet sales targets.
• Market Insights: Gather and maintain information on sales and distribution channels and competitor activities; collaborate with management for action plans.
• Replenishment Targets: Ensure all sales staff are trained in the company's Replenishment program, maintaining product freshness and availability.
• Key Accounts Management: Execute agreements with modern trade and wholesale customers, nurturing strong business relationships.
• Journey Planning: Optimize daily route planning for the sales team in collaboration with salesmen and management.
• Product Monitoring: Monitor the shelf life of products at points of sale to prevent display of expired goods.
• New Client Engagement: Organize sales to new clients in assigned routes to boost sales.
• Credit Management: Implement company credit policies and ensure timely payments from clients.
• Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance of company assets and initiate repairs when necessary.
• People Management: Recruit and train staff in accordance with SADAFCO's HR policies to meet sales and distribution targets.
• Administration: Ensure accurate data management and reporting in alignment with company policies.
• Daily Endorsements: Conduct daily performance reviews with salesmen to identify and act on improvement opportunities.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain cleanliness and professionalism in vehicle and staff uniforms.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma minimum; vocational degree in business, marketing, or finance preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Van Sales or 2 years in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong analytical skills, friendly yet firm demeanor, and people management expertise.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is advantageous.
• Minimum age of 22 years; physically fit and computer literate.
