Join Baazeem Trading Company as a Regional Sales Manager!
We are seeking a highly driven and hands-on Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across multiple sales channels and a proven track record in managing key customers and large retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and develop the regional sales team to achieve targets and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Drive sales across all channels (Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Wholesale).
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies based on market insights.
  • Actively support the sales team in the field, including visiting customers and handling escalated issues directly.
  • Work closely with sales representatives during customer visits to resolve problems and ensure service excellence.
  • Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure proper execution of trade activities and agreements.
  • Track sales performance and provide actionable reports.
  • Coach and develop the sales team to improve performance.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in FMCG sales, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience managing multiple sales channels.
  • Proven experience dealing with key customers at head office level.
  • Hands-on field experience and willingness to be actively present in the market.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
