We are searching for a commercially minded Sales Manager to lead and grow our Heat Exchanger (HEX) business across the Middle East region. This is an exciting opportunity to maintain our strong market position and unlock significant untapped growth potential.
About The Role
You will be pivotal in:
- Achieving or exceeding Annual Operating Plan (AOP) targets within the assigned region.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies tailored to different end markets.
- Driving OE (new equipment) and AM (aftermarket) sales of APV Plate Heat Exchangers.
- Identifying and closing new business opportunities.
- Managing and growing the installed base through a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Conduct joint customer visits and provide consultative support.
- Lead negotiations in line with company pricing and margin policies.
- Track partner performance and implement improvement plans.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong commercial and technical understanding.
- Experience in the Middle East region.
- Proven ability to develop and manage channel partners.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
