Join Djibouti Palace Kempinski as a Sales Executive!
We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to manage Leisure, Corporate, or Group accounts within our Sales & Marketing department. As a crucial member of our team, you will collaborate with local and international travel agents, tour operators, and incentive organizers for both individual and group bookings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Solicit existing and potential customers while maintaining regular contact with established accounts.
  • Set up appointments and conduct personal sales calls, telemarketing, and site inspections.
  • Negotiate with customers and manage offers/contracts for individual and group business.
  • Track sales and marketing results, proposing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Explore industry trends and gather information beneficial to the hotel’s operations.
  • Maintain an efficient customer database and update management with customer profile changes.
  • Prepare weekly sales activity reports detailing interactions and outcomes.
