At Dana Rayhaan by Rotana, we are seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused professionals. As a Reservations Agent, your main responsibility is to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and confirm guest room reservations made by clients via phone, letter, or fax.
• Input all reservations into the computer, recording all pertinent information while addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all promotions and follow established procedures for processing reservations, rates, confirmations, and hotel facilities.
• Maintain an accurate room status and respond to incoming calls per Rotana standards.
• Organize visa requests for hotel guests as per hotel policy and identify opportunities for up-selling.

Qualifications:
You should possess a diploma or degree in the hospitality field and have previous experience in hotel reservations. Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral) are essential; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

We are looking for a professional and qualified person to provide the best customer services where the main responsibility will be:

• Receiving customer inquiries and responding to them professionally and quickly.
• Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
• Documenting customer data and updating communication records periodically.

Requirements:
The applicant must possess exceptional communication skills (eloquence in speaking and professional writing) and the ability to deal calmly and intelligently with different customer types. Proficiency in using computer applications and office programs is required, in addition to a proactive spirit and the ability to work under pressure.

As an Optician you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly.

In addition you will act as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience. You’ll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Oliver Peoples culture.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
• Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with the local guidelines
• Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)
• Offer help and advice for patients choosing frames and lenses
• Liaise with other medical practitioners
• Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & contact lenses
