About the job: Amiantech is looking for an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the Purchasing Department. Main tasks include managing schedules, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. This role aims to ensure the smooth operation of daily processes by maintaining organized records and supporting purchasing and logistics activities.

Qualifications:
  • A diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or has 12 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
  • Fluency in English.
