In this role, you will be at the forefront of project management in the oil and gas sector, responsible for ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with various stakeholders to monitor project schedules and address any deviations proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute the role of 'Schedule Lead' for assigned projects.
  • Create and manage initial time schedules that meet contractual obligations.
  • Ensure agreement on baseline time schedules among all involved parties.
  • Identify and monitor critical tasks throughout project execution.
  • Provide regular updates to the project schedule based on progress and changes.
  • Establish pro-active communication with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Document lessons learned and facilitate information sharing.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in Document Control and Time Management.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an added advantage.

  • Familiarity with Dammam municipality and construction compliance is an advantage.
