About the Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving our growth in Saudi Arabia. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting our technical capabilities to key customers.
  • Collaborating with the Regional Sales Director to strengthen market presence and achieve growth targets.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and providing competitive insights.
  • Identifying new distributors and developing account plans for sustained growth.
  • Maintaining high-quality sales activities across key accounts.
  • Generating new business opportunities from enquiries to proposal submission.
  • Collaborating with the estimation team to prepare accurate proposals.
  • Developing relationships with industrial sector end users.
  • Contributing to new product development and marketing strategies.

Your Qualifications:
We are seeking a customer-focused professional with:
  • Engineering degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to articulate a strong value proposition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and prioritization skills.
