Join us as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor at Hilton!
As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Allocating work duties to Team Members
  • Performing routine inspections of all check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms
  • Reporting and following up on any maintenance defects or other issues
  • Inspecting service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly
  • Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and other projects
  • Managing and training Room Attendants and Team Members to ensure performance meets our high standards
  • Efficiently managing stock control and maintaining equipment
  • Providing excellent guest service, including special requirements for VIP guests
  • Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
- A successful track record of managing a team
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest service
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office preferred.
