Customer Service Representative

- Job Duties:
Welcoming visitors and greeting them
Selling and issuing tickets
Receiving payments (cash / network)
Responding to customer inquiries
Handling complaints professionally

- Work System:
6 days of work per week and one day off
Working in shifts

📌 Note:
Due to the nature of the entertainment field, working during holidays and official occasions is required.

• Generate and follow up on quotations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Submit monthly sales reports to management.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Civil, Architecture, or any relevant 4-year degree preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a construction company specializing in Aluminum and Wood products.

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Support and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and workplace matters.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist in performance management processes.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Solid understanding of HR operations and best practices.
• Experience with HR policies, employee relations, and personnel management.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certification (SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
