Panda Retail Company, a leading organization in the retail sector in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support senior-level managers and executives. This role is critical in enabling our leadership to focus on strategic goals while ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact among executives, business support teams, and external partners.
  • Maintain the Vice President of Business Support's appointment schedule, including planning meetings and making travel arrangements.
  • Manage visitors and delegations for the Vice President, coordinating logistics for meetings and conferences.
  • Ensure confidentiality in all workplace matters.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Vice President and follow up on actions and results.
  • Organize and maintain files, documents, and invoices.
  • Take minutes during meetings and track tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate vacation and business trip trackers for the management team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent follow-up abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
